Christmas Flower Show {Allan Gardens, Toronto}

This past weekend, the girls and I visited the Christmas Flower show at Allan Gardens in downtown Toronto.  I love Christmas flowers.  We always have a few poinsettias and at least one amaryllis (it hasn’t bloomed yet – it usually blooms on or around Christmas Day).
The warmth of greenhouse makes a perfect holiday photo shoot.  We went on Saturday afternoon, no crowds.
The photo above is a Victorian parlour in succulents.
“…ummmm.. Santa, let us explain….”
If you are in Toronto and enjoy poinsettias (in all shades!), the mighty amaryllis, paper whites or cyclamens, you should consider paying a visit to the gardens. The show is free and on until January 6th.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week,

  1. Your girls look are absolutely precious in their Christmas outfits. The gardens are the perfect backdrop.

  2. Gorgeous photos of the girls in the gardens. I am enthralled with the display showing the hearth, rug and armchairs..very clever.

  3. I remember that you also went there last year (or was it a different show?)because I still remember the beautiful pictures you shared. This year is no exception - amazing pictures and beautiful young ladies !

  4. oh it looks so warm, cozy and colorful where you visited, your photos are very welcoming to me this morning as we just got 11"+ of snow here over the weekend...

Thanks for stopping by. I love to hear what you think!
